Earlier this month, while I was attending the Mom 2.0 Summit, I had the distinct privilege of appearing on the podcast Selfie.  This podcast, created by best friends Kristen Howerton of Rage Against the Minivan and Sarah James of Whoorl, is all about how to take care of yourself, mind-body-spirit.  I've been friends with both of these ladies for several years, so it was a lot of fun to join them on their show to talk all about friendship.
