This Privacy Policy applies to the Chookooloonks Media LLC website (“Chookooloonks” and “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information Chookooloonks collects on the Site, how it is used, and your options with respect to its use. By accessing or using this Site you indicate your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be bound by this Privacy Policy do not access or use this Site.
In General. The information you provide is used to process transactions, improve Chookooloonks products and services, and to communicate with you as needed. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business and servicing customers and visitors, such as our payment processing system, our inventory shop management system, etc. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Chookooloonks does not share your personal information with unrelated third parties.

In order for you to make purchases from the Site, we collect your name, company name (if applicable), address, email address, phone number(s) and credit card details. This data is shared with our third-party transaction processor(s). In order to sign up for our mailing list you are required to submit your name and email address. This mailing list data is shared with our email service processor(s). You also may submit comments to the Chookooloonks blog, which submission may contain personally identifiable information. Chookooloonks may also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on its blog.
Non-Personally Identifying Information. Like most website operators, Chookooloonks collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
