of conferences, spring break & karate chops
I'm back from Columbus, Georgia, home of Columbus State University, Fort Benning military base and the Aflac duck. I had such a wonderful time there: the staff at the Cunningham Center for Leadership Development were amazing, my fellow speakers at the Women's Leadership Conference were incredible, and everyone was so warm and welcoming.

Now that i'm back in Texas, and since this week is Alex's spring break, we're off to the beach to wring the last few moments out of it. While I'm gone, a few things:
