Alex went back to school today after her Christmas break, which means that we're now all back to our normal routine. 

Reentry hasn't been easy.  

People, I have many faults, but I really, truly think that my impatience has got to be at the top of my list as the Grand Pooba of All of my Faults.  I am the Empress of Impatience.  I could Impatient for America.  If there were an Impatience Olympics, I would handily take gold.  In fact, I would be the Michael Phelps of the Sport of Impatienting.  They'd test me for doping, I'd be so awesome at Impatience...

Anyway.

I'm also buried under a bunch of writing assignments, so forgive me if it takes a little bit before I come up for air.  In the meantime, here's a pretty leaf with raindrops on it.
