  2. Work through the day. Get done early.

  3. Decide to move for an hour, preferably with a jump rope. Bonus points for a hula hoop. It helps.

  4. Text a friend. Rant a bit. She makes you laugh. It helps.

  5. Text another friend. When she offers to call you while she’s on a walk, take her up on it. She also makes you laugh. It helps.
